What are the benefits of apple cider vinegar? What are the benefits of flaxseed oil? Is flaxseed oil or apple cider vinegar better for you and your body?  These questions will be answered in this post.  There are many benefits of flaxseed oil, along with apple cider vinegar.  As I have mentioned earlier the three main ingredients in flaxseed oil that contribute to your health are lignans, omega 3 fatty acids, and fiber. The three main ingredients in apple cider vinegar are potassium, calcium, and vitamin C.
As I have mentioned in previous posts the benefits of flaxseed oil are:

- Helps lower blood pressure

- Helps lower cholesterol
- Reduces the risk of cancer
- Protects against heart disease
- Aids the growth of hair and nails
- Promotes healthy skin
- help relieve constipation
- helps reduce acne

Some benefits of apple cider vinegar are:

-helps with arthritis
-helps with asthma
-can lower blood pressure
-can help strengthen bones
-can help lower cholesterol
-can help lower risk of cancer
-benefits heart

Personally I can not draw a conclusion from the comparison above. Both flaxseed and apple cider vinegar can benefit your body in many ways. Many of these benefits are similar.
