Flaxseed Grinders

As I have mentioned in earlier posts, flaxseed should be grinded or crushed into a power before consumption.  Otherwise the flaxseed will pass through your system without you receiving any of its nutrients. For this reason a good investment could be made in a flaxseed or coffee grinder.  Flaxseed grinders are somewhat difficult to find, but most coffee grinders should do the trick for flaxseed.  Another tip for buying flaxseed is to buy it in high quantity for cheaper prices.  You should grind a good portion of the flaxseed, which can be up to a few weeks worth. This will take much less time than grinding or crushing it every day.  It is important that you put the grinded flaxseed in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.  Listed below are some recommended flaxseed grinders:
